This website is an information site to help you choose a healthy and enjoyable breakfast cereal. Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day. For children there are a multitude of breakfast cereals available, for a parent choosing a cereal the kids will enjoy whilst maintaining a balanced diet can be difficult. This site was developed to enable parents, and children, to compare nutritional information for various cereals and make an informed choice on their next visit to a supermarket. Children will always look for the fun packets and the cereals advertised during children's television programmes but this website is aimed at enabling parents to steer them towards the healthier options.
